The Acacia Group was founded by three individuals who share a common view of social responsibility and how that can be combined with cutting edge leadership development. Their experience of developing projects, building teams, creating change and measuring benefits is coupled with sound theoretical knowledge on human behavior, communication and problem solving, and the development of corporate cultures. Collectively Penny Lane, Christine Bonney, and Dave Harrhy have over 60 years experience managing and leading in complex, high profile and demanding environments.
