Christine Bonney

Christine has carried a passion for learning and leadership throughout her twenty-five year career. For the past five years she has contributed strategically to the learning and leadership development of a billion dollar organization with over 20,000 staff members. As the senior director responsible for the development of leaders within a learning culture she created and implemented a program in innovative leadership for current and emerging leaders. While in this role, she has also developed and implemented a coaching and mentorship program for the organization. Christine has extensive consulting experience - both private and not for profit sector - and has lead departments within not for profits and the financial services industry.

Christine's believes strongly in the importance of socially responsible leadership. She is excited about the emerging field of corporate social responsibility and sees huge potential for leaders to positively impact the culture of their workplace and the people in their community. Christine brings her own unique talents to The Acacia Group partnership. She is a person of high personal integrity, is deeply reflective around her own leadership practices, and has the ability to ask questions that are respectful and caring - yet focused on helping each individual grow in their awareness of self and their impact on others.

Christine holds a Master's in Leadership and is currently completing her certification in evidence based coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
