Our partnership with Me to We Trips (www.metowe.com) allows you to work alongside and learn from the Maasai and Kipsigis communities where you can assist in building a school or contribute to a clean water project for children in need.
The time spent in Kenya will stimulate the senses and the emotions. You will have the opportunity to combine leadership with compassion as you immerse yourself in the needs of the community around you. Whether you are a member of a corporate team focused on growing your leadership talent via a social responsibility lens, or a traveler following a moral compass – there are experiences waiting for you in Kenya.
You will have the opportunity for hands-on involvement in both school building and tree planning, while learning how Me to We’s sister organization Free the Children uses the four pillars of education, healthcare, clean water and alternative income programs to help create sustainable change in these communities. Our coaches will work with you in advance of your trip to ensure that we understand your learning needs. Then, with the assistance of our partners at Me to We Trips, we will coach you through your residency period in Maasai Mara. Finally, to assist you in adapting to your return home and to make lasting changes, we continue the coaching for several months after your trip.
