The long-term relationship can mean regular visits by new team members, investment in infrastructure or a specific area of skill development; or it can mean return visits by team members – with increased depth of coaching and corresponding skill development – leading to an opportunity for the individual leader to learn to “dig deeper”.
Additionally, if an existing relationship does exist with a development agency, but is absent the learning and coaching component – with sufficient lead time, The Acacia Group could evaluate the merits of offering their Socially Responsible Leadership Experience with this agency.
