Mexico is a country of endless contrasts. Geographic, historic, and cultural variety abounds as one travels from coast to coast and from border to border.
From the snow capped volcanoes, the vast deserts, the tropical forests and endless beaches it is a country that provides a kaleidoscope of experiences. Mexico is the home of over 60 indigenous people groups as well as the descendents of the Maya, Aztec, and Spanish people. A country of extremes it is the country of origin for one of the world’s richest men and yet more than 25% of the country’s population lives on less than $2 per day.
Diverse opportunities for service can be found across Mexico and we work with a number of local agencies to create experiences that range from working in a migrant workers camp, helping with child care and food programs, repairing homes that have been damaged by wind and rain, serving in educational centers, and supporting local entrepreneurs. Locations range from the North Baja to communities on the Caribbean coast.

Your experience will start with arrival in the closest major airport followed by ground transportation directly to a small rural community. After resting and receiving orientation you will begin your service experience. Our coaches will work with you in advance of your trip to ensure that we understand your learning needs. Then with the on the ground assistance of our partners, our qualified leadership coaches will support you through your residency period.
Finally, to assist you in adapting to your return home and to make lasting changes, we continue the coaching for up to three months after your residency.
