We will work with your leaders on a community development project, overseas where their assumptions around issues such as power, language, time and status will be challenged. Through this process they will be coached and encouraged to develop new insights that can affect their personal and professional performance. The international experience will last a minimum of 8 days including travel – the follow up coaching experience is based upon five sessions per participant and will occur face to face or using teleconference technology.
