Socially Responsible Leadership Experiences
How we do this?

We will work with your leaders on a community development project, overseas where their assumptions around issues such as power, language, time and status will be challenged. Through this process they will be coached and encouraged to develop new insights that can affect their personal and professional performance. (Click Here to See a Day in the Life) Finally, the lessons learnt will be then be anchored through five sessions of coaching follow up where further integration of their “life lessons” can be used as a lever for enhancing personal and professional growth.

The international experience will last a minimum of 8 days including travel – the follow up coaching experience is based upon five sessions per participant and will occur face to face or using teleconference technology.

Through this process your leaders and your company will embark on a journey of corporate citizenship that is focused on true engagement and transformative learning. Your corporate social responsibility (CSR) process will become instrumental to your success externally and internally. Your people matter.

Quote

"We confront ourselves with the questions: What life do I want to live? Do I want to live my own dream? And, can we create a common dream and take it into our own hands and realize it?" Tex Gunning – Unilever Asia - Beyond Good Company, 2007

Recent Survey

In a recent survey, Net Impact, an organization of over 10,000 MBA students and recent grads, with chapters on four continents, in seventy-five cities and eighty graduate schools, found that 80% of its members believe corporations should work toward the betterment of society. Yet only 16% believe that corporations are doing enough. In a period of employee scarcity, where theories of decreased loyalty abound, doesn’t it make sense to focus today on what matters to the leaders of tomorrow? Beyond Good Company
