Socially Responsible Leadership Experiences
Where we do this?

The Acacia Group experience ranges from the board room to the barrio, from the digging of a new well and back to the water cooler. In order to determine the linkages between personal performance and alignment with corporate goals we will meet with key players in your organization and conduct an on-site assessment. Then using this information as a lever for change, we will accompany your leaders to a community in need, where they can experience new challenges, where they can contribute and where they can grow. Following this, we will follow up with a period of coaching and applying lessons learnt to their performance back home.

The elements of good leadership can be seen in these communities, the leaders have an “abundance of hope” and an ability to dream big, they may also experience gratitude for all they have despite what others may see as hardship...encounters with these leaders can allow participants to “look humanity in the face” and to become increasingly able to share, and to lead.

"One of our most important responsibilities is to help people grow so that they can lead meaningful lives as human beings as well as business beings. The better we grow our people the better they will grow their business." – Unilever Asia Leader – Beyond Good Company

Structures that were originally open sided chicken coops have been used to house up to 1,500 men, women and children ....Click here for more
