We use a model that is grounded in leadership theory, coaching processes, and community development within a backdrop of corporate social responsibility to create multiple wins for all participants.
Our four month program provides the opportunity for participants to volunteer in developing communities for one to two weeks and then to apply any lessons learned back into their sponsoring organization or community. This transfer of
knowledge, skills and experience is assisted by the presence of a certified leadership coach who works with the individual and the sponsoring company before, during and after the volunteer project is complete.
For corporations that work with us, our service has enterprise wide benefits, focusing on supply chain issues, human resource issues (including talent management, and rewards management), and public relations and communications with a constant focus on strategic corporate social responsibility (CSR).
