The community will have access to capital and intellectual resources that may otherwise may not be available.
By bringing strong backs and minds to the community, a community that hosts a residency can receive contributions ranging from the development of entrepreneurial skills, literacy skills, or health care services. Infrastructure developments such as clean water supplies or construction projects are part of a long-term investment in the health and strength of the community.
Don't be helpful. Being helpful and giving advice are really ways to control others. In community (development)
