Time Steps

The Acacia Group experience achieves maximum impact in a short-time frame.
Respecting the resource challenges of high performance organizations and busy individuals we have crafted a transformative experience that allows for optimal learning while diminishing the time away from the work-place.
Discover – An assessment is conducted with experienced and emerging leaders to discover the alignment between personal competencies, demonstrated behaviours and future objectives. From a corporate perspective analysis is undertaken to gauge the level of alignment between stated CSR strategies and personal performance and overall strategic direction.
Experience – Work takes place with the identified leaders in a cross-cultural setting with an established NGO partner as they participate in a community development project. This cross cultural engagement focuses on transformative personal and professional insights that are coached individually, and as a group, on a daily basis while the individual is engaged in community work. With a maximum of 12 participants and a 1:6 coaching/learner ratio each participant will be highly engaged.
Grow – Upon return home, the coaching process is continued for up to four months, supporting the individual to apply lessons learned in their personal, organizational and community lives.
Our four-month, three-step process can be modified to meet longer term engagement in any of the steps. Additionally, an individual can access successive residencies annually to drive towards deeper levels of learning, engagement and growth.
